Education Team September 2023
The central education team is really pleased to be able to let you know about some changes for September 2023.
Debbie Thomas, will be officially starting her role as Head of Service - Strategic Improvement. Her role will be focused on supporting school leaders to identify improvement priorities and strategically plan for successful outcomes.
Sam Davidson, will be continuing in her role as Head of Service - Curriculum (Development). Her role will continue to focus on developing subjects and supporting leaders to evaluate and plan for continued improvement in the wider curriculum offer.
Gemma Bucklee, will be starting September as Head of Service - Inclusion. Her role will be focused on developing the Trust's inclusion strategy and ensuring its positive impact for all pupils.
Jemima Williams, will be spending 2 days per week focusing on Early Years and Phonics as the Head of Service - EYFS/Phonics. Jemima will be available to support and advise colleagues across the Trust.
Kathy Brooke, Lead SENDCo will be leading SEND and will be supporting the Trust's evaluation of provision, Kathy will also be leading on the development of an adaptive teaching framework.
Jo Lawrence will be joining the team as SENDCo, predominantly at Greenfields as well as supporting Kathy in the strategic leadership of SEND.
Cherri Sewell will continue to support pupils in school as a pastoral support worker, we hope for this team to grow. Aimee Tilley will be continuing her maternity leave in September.
Tamsin Little, Director of Education - while Debbie will be your first point of call for school improvement matters, Tamsin will continue to have oversight of the central education team, developing Trust-wide strategy and focusing on some of our central initiatives like Learning Pi.
