Rendlesham has a strong vision where character development is implemented throughout the ambitious curriculum. During our recent inspection a child said: “This school is a brilliant place, and I wouldn’t change anything.” Staff say that they have no issues with workload and greatly value the support they receive from school and trust leaders for their well-being. We are seeking two passionate teachers to join our team. We welcome inspiring practitioners that value developing the whole child and creating engaging lessons that build links and inspire curiosity. We can be flexible in the age range for both posts, preferences can be discussed at the interview stage.
